The first estate sale on the www.gunsforsale.com website has been completed with all the guns having been sold. The overall condition of the guns and the flexibility of the pricing appeared to produce a win-win environment for both the estate and the buyers.
If anyone else has a situtation where this type of service would be needed, please either drop an email or give us a call. However, if an estate contains guns that are not of good quality, we may not want to get involved.
Since the estate sale is over, I have come into 3 more guns but all but one have been sold. The last one is listed below and is new in the box. If you wish to make a reasonable offer, please feel free to do so. Please do not waste our time and yours with ridiculious offers though. All shipments will be made to a valid and current FFL holder. A copy of the signed FFL must be received before the gun is shipped. It is advised that the FFL and payment be mailed together to avoid the problem of one being received without the other. It is your responsibility to locate an FFL in your area and make arrangements to receive the gun and do the transfer to you. Be sure you know what the FFL will charge before entering into a final agreement.
The gun is for sale to U.S. residents ONLY.
If the gun is marked Pending, then a tenative offer has been made and accepted. If you are interested, please submit an offer. Until the payment is received, the pending state will be in place. An offer made until the sale is finalized will be considered in case the deal doesn't complete.
If you are in the Houston,Texas area, you can call and set up an appointment to see the guns. If a purchase is made locally, we will do the background check and do the transfer to you. If you cannot pass the background check, do not waste our time.
All payments should be either money order or cashier check. If a personal check is sent,the gun will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
All guns will be shipped FedEx Ground with the buyer paying the actual boxing for long guns and shipping cost. An additional $20.00 should be added to the purchase price. Shipping to most part of the U.S. should be less than $10. The costs of boxing for the long guns is about $8.75. Any amount over the actual shipping will be refunded to the buyer. If a buyer is in Hawaii or Alaska, shipping may be more and will be handled as a special case.
